Before the session, I thought I had already worked with the theme, so what could a session with you possibly help with?

I thought we would arrive at what I already knew, and that I wouldn’t gain more insight or clarity on it, nor release or transform it.

That was not true at all.

I would recommend 1:1 sessions with Liselotte to everyone! Everyone would benefit immensely from what she can do. But especially those who are open and who feel that inner calling that they are meant for something different and more.

Liselotte has an indescribable ability to guide and sense me and my being on a deep level that I cannot always put into words myself. When I enter a session with Liselotte, she manages in a very short time to sense what is moving within me, and with enormous love and wisdom, along with a sprinkle of light humor, she helps release and transform themes so that I leave the session with a feeling of greater inner peace, a feeling of being seen, met, and held — as only a wise woman can — and finally, I feel an enormous increase in inner strength, a heightened life force ready to meet everything life brings me.

Liselotte has guided me through several major transitions. But the first one — and perhaps the one that emotionally gave me the greatest sense of safety and trust — is the “inner child” work she guided me through. Before the work, I was — in my energy — a little pleaser girl who would cross her own boundaries without hesitation in order to feel loved by others. Through the inner child work, I gained, in a very short time and already in the first session, access to something I had no idea one could access. Liselotte helped me and gave me the tools to heal my inner child and transform her into the wise woman who has the strength to meet life with compassion. To this day, it is the most healing tool I carry with me.

I have been through a rather intense breast cancer journey with 14 months of treatment — chemo, immunotherapy, losing my hair and life energy — as well as surgery where they removed my right breast and all lymph nodes in the armpit. But throughout the entire process, I had an enormous inner calm, strength, and trust in life. My daily meditation practice and energy work, along with all the learning and wisdom I carried with me from Liselotte’s many sessions, trainings, and guidance, gave me the ability to feel all of myself throughout the journey. So much so that I chose to decline the offer of radiation, because I intuitively knew the cancer was gone! And it still is to this day.
